Vegetable Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients: 

This is a great drink to have as a snack (instead of a fruit serve) as it is highly detoxifying and will aid in the release of stored fat.

 

  • 100g total vegetables : Fennel, spinach, kale, celery, cucumber

  • ¼ lemon

  • 1cm cube ginger

  • 1cm cube tumeric

  • Handful of mint

  • 300ml of water

1. Blend

2. Add cinnamon & stevia to taste

The following recipes have been taken from the ACP hCG Diet Manual and only allow the use of ONE type of vegetable for each meal.

The Bioaesthetics hCG Diet Meal Plans allow 100-200g of mixed vegetables with each main meal, therefore feel free to modify these recipes with the addition of extra vegetables from the allowed list, and as per your chosen DIET MEAL PLAN with regards to the total amount of vegetables allowed.
