Tangy Fish
  • 100 grams snapper, bream or whiting

  • ¼ teaspoon dried marjoram

  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme

  • ¼ teaspoon mustard powder

  • Salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • ¼ cup no-fat chicken or vegetable broth

  • 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon parsley minced

Cooking Instructions:

1. Thaw fish if frozen. Rinse and pat dry with paper towels. Set aside

2. Combine in a small bowel, marjoram, thyme, mustard powder, salt, pepper, lemon juice and broth. Mix well. Place in small         saucepan and heat just until it begins to boil. Remove from heat.

3. Heat broiler. Place fish on broiler rack and season with salt and pepper

4. Broil for 8-12 minutes or just until fish flakes easily with fork

5. Place fish on plate and spoon sauce over top

6. Garnish with minced parsley
