From day 3 of Stage 3, you may eat a normal AMOUNT of food, but you are restricted in the TYPE of foods you can eat. This is because certain foods will prevent the formation of neural pathways, essential for establishing a new set weight.

You may introduce:

  • Non-starchy vegetables

  • Unprocessed lean protein

  • Low-sugar fruit

  • Healthy fats

  • Dairy products (unsweetened)

  • Sugar-free spirits and dry wines


It is best to choose food in its most natural state and preferably organic.

You must avoid:

  • Sugar in any form (including high sugar fruits)

  • All starchy foods and vegetables

  • Processed foods

  • Unhealthy fats
