Spinach
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups fresh spinach or 2 cups frozen thawed and water squeezed out

  • 1 clove garlic

  • Cayenne pepper to taste

  • 1 pinch turmeric

  • Salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions:

1. Heat medium saute pan over medium heat

2. Add 1 tbs. of water

3. Add minced garlic, cayenne and turmeric. Sauté for 1 minute stirring regularly

4. Add the spinach and allow to wilt, stirring occasionally

5. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper
