Roasted Tomatoes
Ingredients:
  • 6 roma tomatoes, stem area removed, cut in half through width

  • Dried basil

  • Salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees

2. In a medium bowl, lightly toss tomato halves with basil and season

3. Place on parchment lines roasting pan or cookie sheet and place in the oven

4. Bake for 20-25 minutes depending on your oven

5. Tomatoes should look baked, collapsed slightly
