Indian Inspired Tofu
  • 100 grams extra firm organic tofu, cubed 2.5 cm x 2.5 cm

  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric

  • ¼ teaspoon curry powder or masala to taste

  • Pinch of cayenne pepper to taste

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Cooking Instructions:

1. Heat a sauté pan over medium heat. Toast the turmeric, cayenne and curry for 1-2 minutes while stirring.

2. Add 1-2 tbsp. of water to pan, with minced garlic and mix well with spices. Sauté for another minute

3. Add tofu cubes to pan and coast well with spices cook while stirring for another 3-4 minutes
