Green pea soup
Ingredients:

2 cups frozen peas thawed

1 ¼ cup vegetable broth

1 clove garlic minced

Salt to taste

2-3 tablespoons crumbled goats cheese
Cooking Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan over high heat, bring vegetable broth and garlic to a boil. Reduce heat and add peas. Simmer for 3 minutes
2. Remove from heat and puree. Add goats cheese, reserving ½ tsp. blend well
3. Serve in a cup and garnish with remaining goats cheese
