Grain-Free Cereal
Ingredients:
  • 1 large carrot, grated and dried in oven (2-3 hours at 150 C)

  • 1 large zucchini, grated and dried in oven (2-3 hours at 150 C)

  • 1 small apple, grated and dried in oven (2-3 hours at 150 C)

  • 1 tbsp seeds ( chia seeds, flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)

  • 1 tbsp mixed nuts ( no peanuts)

  • 1 tbsp goji berries

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl 

2. Then divide into 2 bowls and add to each:

  • 50-100ml almond milk 

  • 1 tbsp mixed fresh berries

  • 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries

- Cinnamon, vanilla essence and Stevia to taste

Makes 2 serving
