Grain-Free Bread
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup almond meal or almond flour

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 3/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1 teaspoon bi-carb ( baking soda)

  • 3 tbsp flaxseeds

  • 100g nuts

  • 4 tbsp mixed seeds - sunflower, pumpkin, chia

  • 1 tbsp LSA or above seeds

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 150ml of water

Baking Instructions:

1. Pre-heat oven to 200C

2. Line tin with baking paper

3. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients ( except aggs, water and apple cider vinegar) and mix well. 

4. Then add and mix well: 2 eggs, 150 ml of water and 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar.

5. Pour into tin and bake for 40-45 minutes at 200C

Makes 12 slices

- 1 serving of fat

Variations:

For flat bread, bliss, pancakes or tortillas remove the nuts and seeds from the mix and fry on non-stick pan in small quantities
