Gina's Italian Sauté
Ingredients:

1 zucchini sliced

2 chicken sausages

½ red onion chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon minced garlic

¼ cup pine nuts

3-4 artichoke hearts sliced

1 jar of pasta sauce (gluten-free, sugar-free, additive-free)
Cooking Instructions:
1. Pour olive oil in a large saucepan and turn on medium low heat
2. Add zucchini and onion. Sauté for approximately 5 minutes
3. Add pine nuts, artichoke hearts, garlic and sausages. Sauté for 3 minutes
4. Add pasta sauce, cover and let stand on low heat for 5 minutes
