Sautéed Garlic Prawns
Ingredients:

100 grams peeled, deveined prawns

Salt
-
1 tablespoon of broth or water

2 garlic cloves, sliced thin, or to taste

Cayenne pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
1. Wash and pat dry prawns. Cover prawns with salt and let sit for 10 – 12 minutes
2. Heat frying pan over medium high heat. Add 1 tbsp. of broth or water; add prawns and garlic and sauté, stirring constantly for 2-5 minutes. Add cayenne pepper and mix well
3. Serve with cool cucumber slices
Variations:
-
add 1 tomato small diced to pan and cook for 2 minutes prior to adding prawns
-
add thinly sliced fennel to pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes prior to adding prawns
You may need to add more liquid to the fennel before adding the prawns
