Fennel & Citrus
Ingredients:
  • 1 bulb of fennel, trimmed, washed and sliced thin

  • 1 orange, sectioned with the skin, seeds and membranes removed

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Juice from ¼ lemon

  • Salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions:

1. In a medium sauté pan, add ¼ cup of water, lemon juice and heat

2. Add sliced fennel and garlic, simmer for 4-6 minutes

3. Add oranges and season to taste. Cook until oranges are heated
