Cucumber Salad
Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup seedless cucumber, peeled and sliced thinly

  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar

  • Pinch of stevia to taste (optional)

  • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh dill, chopped fine

  • Salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

1. In medium bowl, combine cider vinegar, stevia, dill salt and pepper

2. Add cucumber slices and toss gently. Let sit for 5 minutes then toss again

3. Serve
