Paprika Cauliflower
Ingredients:

1 head cauliflower cut into small, bit-size pieces

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons sweet paprika

Salt
-
1 small onion diced small
-
2 cloves garlic minced
-
½ cup vegetable broth (homemade or herbamare)

1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions:
1. In a vegetable steamer, steam cauliflower for 5-8 minutes until tender
2. In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil over low heat. Add paprika, salt and pepper and stir for 2 minutes.
Add onion and cook for 4 minutes
3. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute
4. Add broth, stir well. Add cauliflower and let simmer for up to 3 minutes
