Mushrooms & Broccoli
Ingredients:
  • 5 mushrooms washed, dried and sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 ½ cups broccoli florets

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • Pinch cayenne pepper

  • Salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

1. Steam broccoli 

2. In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat

3. Add garlic and cayenne pepper and cook for an additional minute 

4. Add steamed broccoli and season
