Beef Stew
Ingredients:
  • 100 grams cubed lean beef

  • ½ cup chopped onion

  • 2 cups water

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 melba toast crumbed

Cooking Instructions:

1. Place 2 cups water in a medium saucepan and turn the stove to medium low

2. Add the onion, beef and salt and pepper and simmer for about 15 minutes allowing the beef to cook through

3. Crumble melba toast, add saucepan and simmer for 1-2 minutes more
