Meatballs
Ingredients:
  • 100 grams lean ground beef

  • 1 serving melba toast, minced into crumbs

  • 3 teaspoons minced parsley

  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon grated or minced onion

  • 1 garlic clove minced

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • Fresh ground pepper

Cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

2. In a medium bowel, mix all ingredients. Roll into 4-5 meatballs

3. Place meatball into each well of a mini, non stick muffin tin. Fill unused well ½ way with water

4. Bake until lightly browned, about 14-18 minutes

Variations:
  • Add fresh, chopped basil

  • Add cayenne pepper
