Tamari Chicken with Broccoli
Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts

Tamari sauce (gluten-free soy sauce)

Broccoli
Dip for Broccoli:

2 tablespoons of home made mayonnaise
-
Paprika
-
Lemon wedge
Cooking Instructions:
1. Turn on your oven and set it to broil
2. Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet covered in foil
3. Pour desired amount of soy sauce on top of chicken and place in the oven for approximately 25 minutes
4. While the chicken is broiling, steam the broccoli on the stove top to desired tenderness
5. In a small bowl mix mayonnaise and a pinch of paprika then squeeze the lemon wedge over the mixture
6. Stir Until the chicken and broccoli are done
